This is the key (the gold!) to why this course works - it is the support, guidance, compassion and relatability that I provide by coaching you directly via 1 on 1 and weekly group coaching sessions.
An hour or two each week is enough to make progress on your goals. The course is designed to work with your schedule. Lessons are pre-recorded to watch whenever works best for you, and coaching sessions are held live every week and also recorded so you can watch in your own time. The course can take as little as 4 months to complete but you have access for 12 months.
Yes, there will be some sessions that I will be demonstrating and explaining exercises so that you can have a tailored exercise/movement programme that works for YOU.
